What is included in the monthly price?
Each plan covers a set number of tutoring sessions, subject materials, homework support, and periodic progress updates. Test preparation resources are included in the Advanced and Excellence packages at no extra charge.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or adjust your package between billing cycles based on your child's needs, such as adding a subject or increasing session frequency ahead of exams.
Do you offer single sessions instead of monthly plans?
We primarily offer monthly packages to support consistent academic progress, but individual assessment sessions can be arranged for students who want to try our teaching approach first.
How do payments work?
Payments are collected monthly in advance, either in person at our Mansoura center or via bank transfer. Receipts are provided for every payment, and billing details are explained clearly before enrollment.
What happens if a session is missed?
Missed sessions can be rescheduled within the same month, subject to tutor availability. We ask for advance notice whenever possible so we can accommodate other students as well.
Are there additional fees beyond the listed price?
No hidden charges are added beyond the package price. Any optional materials, such as printed practice exams, are discussed and priced separately before purchase.
